999aa is an online betting and casino platform that provides services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 999aa ("Platform", "we") and the member ("you", "user").

The platform reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding these Terms, the platform's interpretation shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use any services on 999aa. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above. Any account created on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. 999aa reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit all funds if false or misleading information is provided. Documents required for identity verification (KYC) must be submitted upon request.

3.1 Payment Methods

999aa currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). New methods may be added in the future.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each payment method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will be processed only through verified payment methods. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.4 Currency & Taxes

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

4.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each bonus may have a specific expiry period; unused bonuses are cancelled upon expiry.
• Transferring bonuses to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 999aa reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold associated winnings if abuse is suspected.

999aa's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity on the platform. Details of VIP benefits can be obtained from the 999aa support team. 999aa reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraudulent activity or attempting to gain unfair advantage using software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Abusing bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using another user's identity or payment information.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or conducting cyberattacks.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in harmful behavior toward other users.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be accepted and settled according to the platform's established rules. 999aa reserves the right to cancel bets due to technical issues, incorrect odds, or any other error. Bets placed at incorrect odds may be cancelled.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting event results will be settled according to the official announcement of the relevant governing body. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the associated bets will generally be cancelled and the stake refunded. 999aa is not responsible for losses arising from network delays in live betting.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.). Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely unbiased.

999aa may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Instructions from authorities or legal obligations.
• Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. In the case of voluntary account closure, the verified balance will be returned via the associated payment method.
